Designed by 20-year fitness veteran, Lori Miroslaw, "PERSONAL TRAINER IN A CAN" allows individuals of all ages and fitness levels a complete "at home" workout program utilizing the time tested effectiveness of free weight training. Through the use of a 24x36 laminated workout poster, photographs and exercise directions guide you through a total body workout for both the upper and lower body. All you need is a set of free weights, M-Power provides the rest! It's that simple!

HOW IT WORKS

The workout takes approximately 35 to 45 minutes to complete and should be performed 3 days a week for maximum results. If, however, time restraints allow you to only complete half of the poster (20 minutes), simply STOP at the "STOP POINT" designated on the poster and complete the exercises the next day! If you like, you can do half the workout one day and the other half the next day, working out 20 to 30 minutes 6 days of the week. Or perhaps, you could break up the routine and do half in the morning and half in the evening of the same days for 3 days a week. Unlike a video, there is no need to stop and rewind the workout, simply pick up where you left off. IT'S THAT CONVENIENT. UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS A TOTAL BODY WORKOUT, so all exercises should be performed to assure uniformity of muscle tone. YOU CANNOT SPOT REDUCE, so insure that all exercises are performed, slowly, consistently, and safely! This complete workout package comes with poster, resistance band and free weights. THE DESIGN

"PERSONAL TRAINER IN A CAN" has been designed with you in mind! When Lori got into personal training, she recognized that most people do not like to exercise. AS A RESULT, Lori designed a program that was both effective, easy-to-follow, and affordable. Beginners should begin with 3 to 5 pound freeweights. Intermediate exercisers should use 5 to 8 pounds and advanced level 10 to 15 pound free weights. Due to the cost of shipping, free weights are no longer on this site.

"Fitness Around the World"- THE TRAVEL POSTER, WORKOUT SERIES 2, is the second exercise program created by M.Power creator and personal trainer, Lori Miroslaw. The travel package is light-weight and can easily be packed inside your briefcase! The workout is a 30 to 45 minute routine that can be performed in the privacy of your hotel room.
